Shipping policy
- We will use reasonable endeavours to despatch Goods within 2 working days of receiving the order and will notify you if this is not possible. We ship Monday - Friday, with a next day courier service, deliveries are weekdays only.
- During busy periods i.e. before Christmas please allow additional days for delivery.
- Delivery will be made to the address specified by the Customer. Deliveries can only be made to residential or commercial properties that have been verified by postcode.
- We may use any method of delivery available to us, we will use reasonable endeavours to meet delivery and/or performance estimates, but in no circumstances shall it be liable to compensate the Customer for late delivery or performance.
- In the event of any damage to your product during shipping we will replace or refund your item, please contact us via email at info@trickycider.com if you have any questions.
